The purpose of this Policy and its related procedures is to clearly outline Chambers School of Business’ policy on student course progress, intervention and regulatory reporting related to unsatisfactory course progress.
This policy and procedure provides the guidance for Chambers School of Business to plan for, respond to and manage incidents and critical incidents ensuring the School meets its duty of care obligations in providing the highest possible standard of health and safety and upholds its legislative obligations in relation to its staff, students, contractors, volunteers and visitors to ensure people are safe, and that the School’s reputation is maintained.
Chambers School of Business (‘the School’) enables students to defer, temporarily suspend or cancel their studies during their enrolment at the School through formal agreement in certain circumstances.
This policy and procedures outlines the conditions and circumstances under which the School or an enrolled student can initiate the deferment, suspension or cancellation of a student’s enrolment.
Chambers School of Business (‘the School’) will charge a range of fees for courses the School has on its scope of registration. Fee information is provided to students before enrolment and it is also available on the School website.
The purpose of this policy and its related procedures is to ensure that Chambers School of Business has processes to enable students’ complaints and grievances to be resolved in a timely and effective manner that respects the rights and privacy of all parties concerned.
This procedure is to provide a systematic approach to the treatment of plagiarism in academic work at the Chambers School of Business. This procedure sets out the processes for reporting, recording, adjudicating and penalising incidents of student plagiarism.
The purpose of this Policy is to ensure that all individuals who apply for, and gain entry into, a Chambers School of Business Nationally Accredited Qualification, have the appropriate skills and abilities they require to be successful in their studies.
